  • Knowing your Policy & Procedure and understanding what it means.
  • Understanding how your Employee Assistance Program works and how workers can be referred.
  • “Buying in” to your Drug and Alcohol Management Program, and a full understanding of why they must do so.

  • Knowing what they may be confronted with if they ignore symptoms of Alcohol and Other Drug misuse and a safety incident occurs.
